HCinque proposes the construction of a portfolio to be efficient across various market situations on the basis of risk tolerance and alignment to each individual investor’s objectives. The Advisor identifies the financial products to construct the portfolio based on quality, transparency and expected results. The instruments in the portfolio are subject to ongoing monitoring in order to promptly spot variations in the markets, hence enabling dynamic optimization of the investments.
Financial Monitoring and Advisory Services are offered to Companies that need to effectively and dynamically manage a temporary or longer cash surplus, together with structural or occasional debt circumstances. HCinque helps with the corporate treasury management and all financial issues that may arise during the company’s operation.
Financial Advisory Service To Institutions
For its qualities of independence and impartiality, HCinque provides a valuable service to Institutions such as Foundations, Pension Funds, Local Authorities, and Associations. The Advisory mandates allow Institutional Clients to segment their investment choices relying on a specialized advice for managing portions of the assets.
In sole Monitoring service, the Advisor analyzes the ongoing situation and its evolution over time without any proactive role in the selection of new investments or intermediaries other than those that are being used by the Client. The Advisor measures whether the investments made are aligned to the Client’s actual goals, points out any risks, and verifies the accuracy of fees charged by the intermediaries.
The Real Estate Monitoring Service allows to detect any changes in the income situation of the Client's properties in order to assess his/her wealth as a whole. HCinque collects all documentation relating to cadastral data, any existing mortgages or other kind of financing, and lease agreements. Finally, HCinque evaluates each single property in terms of selling value, market value, and rentability.
Compensation of Services
The Investments Monitoring and Advisory Services are provided on a yearly-basis and are compensated with a percentage of the average value of the entire portfolio. The average value is calculated daily and the services are billed on a quarterly basis. The negotiation of the costs incurred by the Client leads in most cases to a series of savings equivalent to or almost equivalent to the HCinque’s fee, thus representing a wholly or partially alternative, non-additional cost.

Each HCinque’s Client receives highly personalized operative advice based on his/her own needs, situations and perspectives. Nevertheless, we want to answer to people who have asked about the results of the portfolios managed through HCinque advice. For this reason we have aggregated some of our Clients' accounts and created a virtual portfolio of which we can provide results from 2010 on, as well as some statistical data. As always, past performance is not an indicator of future results and furthermore our Clients' real portfolios have, for their nature, different performances, better or worse as the case may be. Data come from hundreds of accounts, numerous financial institutions or intermediaries and thousands of transactions. They do not include bank charges, which after our careful intervention are in fact minimal, taxes and HCinque fees, but include the costs for the utilized mutual funds and Sicav.
